To empower Black and Hispanic middle school students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive academically, culturally, and personally. We achieve this by providing engaging educational programs, fostering a love for learning, and broadening horizons through experiential opportunities.

How We Got Here
Rich Off Education was founded on the principle that education extends far beyond the classroom walls. Recognizing the critical need for accessible, enriching, and culturally relevant programs for underserved middle school students, we established a holistic approach to learning.
Our journey began with a commitment to bridge educational gaps and has evolved into a vibrant community dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders and innovators. Today, we continue to grow, reaching more students and deepening our impact through travel-based learning and community partnerships.
Rich Off Education serves as the parent nonprofit organization. R.O.E. Academy is our signature free educational program, specifically designed for rising 6th-grade students — the direct embodiment of our commitment to transformative educational experiences.
