For Parents: Enroll Your Child
If you're a parent or guardian of a rising 6th-grade student in the Memphis area, the most direct way to get involved is to apply for R.O.E. Academy. Our Fall 2026 cohort is now accepting applications, and the program is completely free.
R.O.E. Academy meets two Saturdays per month from September through March, with weekly virtual check-ins in between. Students participate in Learning Lab Days (STEM, leadership, financial literacy) and Exploration Days (field trips to museums, colleges, and career sites).
How to apply: Visit our website and fill out the R.O.E. Academy Fall 2026 Interest and Application Form. It takes about 5 minutes, and our team will follow up with next steps.

For Volunteers: Show Up and Serve
Volunteers are the backbone of Rich Off Education. Whether you can commit to a regular schedule or just want to help at a single event, your time and energy make a direct impact on our students and programs.
Here are some of the ways volunteers contribute:
- Marquette Park Community Clean-Up — Join us every 2nd Saturday of the month from 10 AM to 11 AM for our monthly park beautification initiative. All ages are welcome, and no experience is needed. Just show up ready to serve.
- Event Support — Help with setup, registration, activities, and logistics at our community events like the Back to School Bash, Easter Egg Hunt, and Resource Fairs.
- Academic Mentoring — Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring and academic support during R.O.E. Academy sessions.
- Field Trip Chaperones — Supervise and engage with students during educational excursions and Exploration Days.
- Skills-Based Volunteering — Offer your professional expertise in areas like marketing, graphic design, grant writing, photography, or technology.

For Partners: Collaborate With Us
We actively seek partnerships with schools, businesses, community organizations, and educational institutions that share our commitment to youth development. Partnerships with Rich Off Education can take many forms:
- School Partnerships — Integrate R.O.E. Academy into school communities or collaborate on joint enrichment programs
- Corporate Sponsorships — Provide financial support, in-kind donations, or employee volunteer programs
- Community Organization Collaborations — Develop shared initiatives that address the holistic needs of students and families
